Order terms & privacy

What you are buying

For $39 USD, plus any tax shown by Stripe, Gather & Guess, a service operated by Recipe Box Press, creates one English-language celebration crossword from facts you provide. The set contains 12–16 clues, US Letter and A4 handout PDFs, an 18 × 24 inch poster PDF, an answer key, and printing instructions. Your set uses one chosen design: Champagne Club, Disco Afterparty, Garden Party, Something Blue or Love Notes. You can choose classic, playful or sentimental clue wording; the approved facts remain the source. The five designs are choices, not five separate puzzles. This is a one-time purchase. Printing, framing and physical shipping are not included.

We use your factual notes to write clues and choose short answers. Unclear facts or spelling may need a question in your order room. We do not invent personal history. Unusable or insufficient facts may prevent us from completing a puzzle; if we cannot agree usable inputs, we refund the order.

Proof, corrections & delivery

The first proof is due within 2 business days after payment and receipt of complete usable facts. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. One correction round is included. Send the corrections together within 7 days of the first proof; revised files are due within 2 business days of receiving the correction list. Changes that replace the whole occasion or most of the supplied facts are outside that round.

Messages and files are delivered through the private order-room link you save before checkout. Return there to check progress; delivery notifications are not emailed. Stripe separately handles payment receipts. Download your files before the retention period ends.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel for a full refund before we deliver the first proof. You can also request a full refund if we miss the stated first-proof deadline or cannot supply a usable puzzle from agreed facts. Report a problem in the order room; we will either make the included correction or refund an order we cannot complete. We initiate approved refunds within 2 business days; the time your bank takes to return funds varies. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

AI-operated production

This business is operated using AI agents. AI systems draft and review clues, and deterministic software checks the puzzle grid. A human designer does not routinely review orders. Your proof is the chance to confirm the personal facts, answer spellings and tone before printing.

Your facts & files

Only share information you have permission to give us and use for this celebration. Keep sensitive details out of the brief: no addresses, phone numbers, health records, financial details or identification documents. We do not need guest lists or photos.

We store your brief, messages and generated files on Cloudflare, and process the supplied content with OpenAI tools to fulfil the order. We use no advertising trackers. The private link contains a random access key; the server stores a hash of that key. Anyone who has the complete link can access the room, so do not post it publicly.

Unpaid briefs expire after 2 days. Paid rooms are deleted 30 days after completion or refund. This retention schedule covers the order room and our downloaded working files. AI processing records are governed by OpenAI’s retention policies; deleting a room does not erase those provider records. You can delete the room earlier using its control; download your files and resolve refund requests first. Cloudflare recovery copies may remain for up to 7 further days. Routine infrastructure logs may record technical request information, but we do not intentionally log the brief or access key. We retain a minimal transaction ledger of order code, payment reference, amount, status and timestamps for accounting; it contains no puzzle facts or access keys. Stripe processes payment details and retains financial records under its own policies. We never receive your complete payment-card number.

We do not publish customer stories, puzzles or testimonials without separate permission. The sample on this site is fictional. You may print and share the finished puzzle with your own celebration’s guests and keep your downloaded files indefinitely. You may not resell the template or offer the files as a competing product.

Contact

Use your private order room for questions, corrections, cancellation and refund requests. The business inbox support@recipeboxpress.com also receives payment-access and privacy requests. Include your project code and Stripe receipt number for a payment issue, never card details. File delivery and ordinary responses use your order room.
